1. Overview

At Dad Developer, we want you to be satisfied with our Services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which you may be eligible for a refund for Plan2Cook and other Dad Developer services.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer free trials to our paid subscriptions as well as a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions (both monthly and annual plans) after the free trial ends. If you are not satisfied with our Services for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • The refund request must be made within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase
  • This guarantee applies only to first-time subscribers
  • The guarantee applies to both monthly and annual plans

3. Subscription Renewals

Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are not eligible for refunds except in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues that prevented you from using the service and were not resolved within a reasonable timeframe
  • Billing errors or unauthorized charges
  • Service outages that significantly impacted your ability to use the platform

We recommend canceling your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue using our Services.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

  • You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • Your account will automatically downgrade to the free plan at the end of the billing period (if available)
  • No refund will be issued for the remaining time in your current billing period (except during the 14-day guarantee period)

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • The date of purchase
  • A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund

We will process eligible refund requests within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

6. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Refund requests made after the 14-day guarantee period has expired (unless under special circumstances outlined in Section 3)
  • Partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period (except during the 14-day guarantee period)
  • Changes in personal circumstances or lack of use of the service

7. Free Plan

The free plan does not involve any payment and therefore is not subject to refunds. Users may cancel their free account at any time by contacting us or through their account settings.

8. Additional Purchases

Some apps, such as Plan2Cook, may offer additional purchases such as AI import tokens. These purchases are not eligible for refunds except in cases of billing errors or unauthorized charges. If you have any issues with additional purchases, please contact us.

9. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or there has been a billing error, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and provide a refund if an error is confirmed.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after changes to this policy constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
